Why I decided to become a Blogger

Mum Blogger…

I fell pregnant with my son in December 2015, I had trained as a nurse, but had retrained as a Pharmacist, I gave up my career as I was quite ill during that pregnancy, and when he was born he was quite a handful! When he was three month old I once again fell pregnant – completely unplanned! My second pregnancy was completely different I was still quite ill during this pregnancy too, so I decided not to go back to work and focus on bringing up my son and soon to arrive daughter.

The reason I became a blogger is that I was finding that I was spending all of my time with my children and needed something that could give me a break from them. When I started to set up my blog I had no idea what to write about. I knew that I was going to be way out of date on nursing issues, so what was I going to blog about? One day it struck me that I could blog about being a mum to 2 under 2! This turned out to be the best idea, struggling with Postnatal depression and pre-menstrual dysphoric disorder, blogging was a great release for me and it still is.

I wanted to share my experiences as a full time mum to two wonderful babies, which is possibly the hardest thing I have ever done, but I am doing ok, some days are better than others.

I hope you enjoy reading my blog and please feel free to share your experiences in the comments.
